We strive to provide high-quality audio, lighting, and staging equipment for your events. Please review our return and refund guidelines: Rental Returns: All rented equipment must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time, in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Late returns may incur additional fees. Refunds: Refunds are available only if cancellations are made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental start date. Refunds will be processed minus any non-refundable fees or deposits. Damages & Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly. Equipment Issues: If equipment is found defective upon delivery or pickup, please notify us immediately for a replacement or refund.
